Cheval de Mer, Majesterium

Although I tend to love big nature sims and bizarre art sims, there are some places that do not fit in either classification. Or, more so, fit both classifications precisely, uniquely, & excellently. There are those places that may not have an abundance of flashy lights, sculpty animals or interactive objects, but they touch our hearts. Cheval de Mer is my most treasured sim that I have discovered. The minute you touch down at the landing point, you get the feeling that someone poured a lot of dedication and time into this residential build, and we all know that those two factors usually create something special. Between the two grand koi ponds and breath-taking views, there exists an overwhelming feeling of tranquility.  When you explore the residence, you will see just how much work went into the tiniest of details: the vases, the wallpaper, the staircase, and not to mention all the beautiful art. I introduce to you: Cheval de Mer.
